Conditions of participation for Collomix GmbH sweepstakes

1. The competition is organized by Collomix GmbH (hereinafter "Collomix").

2. All persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Collomix employees or their relatives are excluded from the competition.

A further prerequisite for participation is that the participant

• - accepts the conditions of participation.
• - fulfills the competition registration or any other requirements for participation.
• - completes the registration within the specified period.

Only one person per company or household may participate; multiple participation per person is not permitted.

3 Collomix reserves the right to disqualify the participant and exclude them from future participation in the prize draw

• - in the event of false or incomplete information.
• - in the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation of the participation process, the competition and/or the offer.
• - in the event of a breach of the rules of participation and/or an attempt to influence the prize draw in an unfair and/or dishonest manner.

Collomix reserves the right to cancel the prize draw in whole or in part. This applies in particular if the prize draw cannot be carried out as planned for technical and/or legal reasons relating to the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper conduct of the prize draw.

4. Prizes will be drawn from all eligible participants. The winners will be notified by direct message, e-mail or mail, provided that this data has been provided as a prerequisite for participation in the competition.

5 Collomix is not liable for loss or damage to the prizes during transportation to the winner.

6. Legal recourse is excluded, as is the cash payment of prizes. The claim expires automatically if the prize has not been accepted within two months of receipt of the prize notification or if delivery to the specified address was not possible in the case of postal delivery. In this case, Collomix reserves the right to award the prize elsewhere.

7 The personal data provided by you will be stored, processed and used by Collomix to carry out and process the competition. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can object to the storage, processing and use of your data at any time by sending an email to datenschutz@collomix.de. In this case, your data will be deleted immediately - unfortunately, further participation in the competition is then no longer possible. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties unless this is necessary for the purpose of running the competition.

Conditions of participation and data protection
Fans share their pictures with #teamcollomix

Collomix followers can share application images (pictures and/or videos) on Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #teamcollomix or @collomix_official or @collomixgmbh respectively. The media marked accordingly will be shared on our communication channels with reference to the user name. This refers to publication on our website, our social media profiles, in email marketing or within marketing activities on social networks and Google.

By proactively submitting the image material and using the tag #teamcollomix, followers consent to the use of the image by Collomix and at the same time accept the following conditions:

• - Permission to publish any image/video tagged with #teamcollomix on Collomix's channels. This agreement grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, provided that all persons depicted have consented to the use of the material. All image rights remain with the submitter.
• - Collomix is only granted the right to use the photos clearly marked with #teamcollomix for marketing purposes on www.collomix.com, in social media, on Google or in email marketing and at no time holds ownership rights. The use may not infringe the rights of third parties or otherwise violate applicable law.
